Mid-Autumn Festive 2008

This year, i fulfilled my dream to spend a good mid-autumn festive with my family and friends. We invited our friends to our house to break fast. After tarawih prayer (at the mosque near my house), we went to the park beside the mosque and had picnic there. We had chinese iron buddha tea, all kinds of mooncakes (ice cream, mochi, teochew style, cantonese style). After feasting, we walked around the park carrying lanterns. Poor friends of mine were forced by me to walk around carrying lanterns. hahahaha

Rayhan's new pyjamas and first lego building

We bought this nice pyjamas from kota bahru market. He looks so adorable wearing it and he himself likes wearing it. Papa has been teaching Rayhan how to build tall building out of his lego blocks. Check out the pix for his very first lego building, created 100% by Rayhan.

Wonderful Kampong stay...

I highly recommend ppl to try out this kampong stay in Kota Bahru. The place is like escapade to ppl who want to get away from busy lifestyle and totally relax himself under the blue sky and listen to the coconut leaves hustling when breeze blowing.

Nuha - Rayhan's friend

Nuha is the daughter of Daniel and Izzati. Daniel and Izzati are friends that i met from my ex-company. They are very nice ppl and their daughter is such an obedient girl and taught rayhan a lot. Nuha inherits Daniel's wisdom and Izzati's big dark brown eye.

Our friends, our companions....

Nothing compares to a trip with great companions. From this trip, we befriended a couple. Rayhan also had a great companion, Nuha, who is one year elder than him. At times, others helped us to babysit Rayhan. We really enjoyed ourselves from this trip. This won't be the last trip for all of us. Hope the next trip will be Bangkok trip and this time we will be the tour guide. (^__^)/~

Kampong Boy...

Rayhan enjoyed himself a lot in the country side. He had a good companion, Nuha, who loves bubble and reading story books. Rayhan picked up 'reading' story book from Nuha. Check out our very own kampong boy...curious about everything...

Nice pix taken by papa

This kota bahru trip gives papa a chance to practise his photography skill. Check out pix that i like...

Kota Bahru Trip

Last year August, we and other 3 families went to kota bahru for a short getaway. We stayed in this traditional malay house but very well furnished with aircon and bath tub. The place is owned by a danish couple. Though the 'hotel' room is small but it is fully equipped. I love the foyer where we had our breakfast every morning. There is a nice playground with swing and see-saw. The food serves in kota bahru used a lot of coconut milk and very sweet, it's very different from the malay food u eat in singapore.

Vanity Fair

Though it's hard to dress up a boy as the clothes variety is not much in market for boys. But we managed to buy 'cute and cool' clothes to dress up our vain pot son. See how vain this little boy is....We bought this set of army clothes for Rayhan from the last Bangkok trip and the hat is a 'heirloom' from his father. The pink shade was bought for an event back in my ex-company. Now it becomes Rayhan's properties...vain vain vain

First time to Jurong Bird Park

One fine day, we decided to bring Rayhan to Jurong Bird Park. The first animal he pronounced is 'BIRD'. The 2nd pix is very funny as the place was a bit stinky so we were both sticking our fingers into our nostrils. Hahaha
