Housework!!!

One of Rayhan's favourite housework is to vacuum the floor.. before you get any wrong ideas, no - we are abusing him with child labour. Heehee. Actually he likes the vaccum since he was very young. He used to call it "ah-choo". Now that he is older, he never fails to volunteer to do the vacuuming when we take out the vacuum cleaner. Here's Rayhan in action :-)

Blue-Black!

Rayhan has been sick for the past week with stomach flu. Thankfully, he is much better now and is back at school today.

On one of the trips at doctor Anne Chong's clinic, he banged his cheek against the bookshelf and had a terrible blue-black on his cheek.

Nenek's Birthday

Today is Rayhan's Nenek's birthday and we had a small cake cutting celebration. Here's the birthday cake:


All of Nenek's grandchildren gathered to take photo.. they all look so cute. I could n't decide which one to upload, so I uploaded both heehee:

Too bad Rayhan couldn't eat much of the cake as he is still recovering from stomach flu and vomitted when he took a bite :(

CNY@Home

On the first day of CNY, mama's family came to visit and we had loh hei!


A few days earlier was Gong Gong's birthday, so we took the opportunity to celebrate his birthday as well. But guess who blew the candles? :-)

Rahyan's 3rd Chinese New Year

This is Rayhan's 3rd CNY and he gets to wear 3 different CNY costumes.

Rahyan goes to school

5th of January 2009 is a memorable day for Rayhan as it is his first day in school. Rayhan's grandparents will be taking care of his daddy's sister's newborn (expected to arrive in March 09) and so will not be able to take care of Rayhan full time.

After scouting around for several different schools, we decided to send Rayhan to a school in International Business Park which is very near to our home. The principal enrolled him in the N1 class. Here are photos of Rayhan's first few days in school.

We send him by 8am and he starts the day by having breakfast in school with his nursery classmates:


Then its assembly time!!


On some mornings, the teachers will bring the kids out for a walk around IBP:


Then it's shower time where all the kids will form a choo-choo train line to the loo:

The gal in front of Rayhan is Xinyi..she is very quiet but very pretty gal with big eyes :-)

Rayhan's first motobike

Rayhan converted his rocking horse into a motorbike with huge exhaust pipe behind. This is definitely the influence from his papa who is a car fanatic. sigh...

Hari Raya Family Clothes

Last year i bought dark purple color clothes to make our Hari Raya clothes. This year, i bought light yellow to make our Hari Raya clothes. I added embroidery to the hemming of my baju kurong. Rayhan is my little model to model my clothes =)

Singapore Flyer

We had our first experience of Singapore Flyer. Rayhan was so excited that he poo poo in the cabin. The odour fumed the cabin but the other visitors acted nonchalantly. The poor visitors had to endure the odour for nearly 10mins. hahaha.
