Vanity Fair

Though it's hard to dress up a boy as the clothes variety is not much in market for boys. But we managed to buy 'cute and cool' clothes to dress up our vain pot son. See how vain this little boy is....We bought this set of army clothes for Rayhan from the last Bangkok trip and the hat is a 'heirloom' from his father. The pink shade was bought for an event back in my ex-company. Now it becomes Rayhan's properties...vain vain vain

First time to Jurong Bird Park

One fine day, we decided to bring Rayhan to Jurong Bird Park. The first animal he pronounced is 'BIRD'. The 2nd pix is very funny as the place was a bit stinky so we were both sticking our fingers into our nostrils. Hahaha

Man (Boy) at Work...

Rayhan likes to do what the adult does. See how serious he was, helping out at my in law's garden.

Finding Nemo...

We bought many nice clothes for Rayhan from the last holiday bangkok trip. Rayhan likes his new clothes. Notice one of his ear is red and swollen because of mosquito bite.

Home Sweet Home...

After a long day driving up to melaka and back to Singapore, Daddy and Rayhan had a break together eating PINK crackers in PINK polo t-shirt...yummy yummy...

Melaka Trip Part 3 - Relunctant Bride...Titantic???

We placed Rayhan and Riya (Rayhan's cousin) on the Bride and Groom's seats. Riya didn't want to sit on the chair and from this pix, she looks like a relunctant bride hahaha...Then later Riya wanted to guide Rayhan to walk forward and this pix looks like titantic pose...but Rayhan is Rose and Riya is Jack...hahaha...

Melaka Trip Part 2...Funny face

Daddy was taking a lot of photos of Rayhan and these 2 pix of him close-up look so funny...Rayhan's mouth was full of food (don't know what he ate) and these 2 pix remind me of hamster when it has a mouthful of food...hahaha.

Melaka Wedding...

My father-in-law's relative's son was getting married in melaka and so we drove up to attend the wedding. Rayhan and his daddy were dressed in pink polo t-shirts that we bought in Bangkok. Rayhan looks so charming in Pink!!!!

Friends gathering...

Last Saturday we met up with my motorola ex-colleagues and their family for dinner. It's nice to catch up with them and chit-chat non-stop. We had a wonderful time together. The kids (Rayhan and Nuha) also had a fun time walk in and out of the restaurant.

Bangkok Trip Part 4 - Swimming!!!

Since we paid so much for the hotel, we fully utilised the hotel facilities esp. the swimming pool. I guess we were the only guests that were fully equipped with swimming stuffs...heehee.

Bangkok Trip Part 3...Thai Food!!!!

We always patronise this shop outside the mosque in bangkok whenever we go to bangkok as they serve cheap yet delicious authentic halal thai food. The last night in bangkok, we went outside bangkok city and came to this food garden that offers very very cheap korean grill buffet. The owner's sister saw us eating very little and came to serve us with more food. We felt like VIP there as they were very nice to us as we were the only foreigners there. Rayhan was asleep when we reached there. So i had no choice but to put him on the chairs to sleep. Poor him. He slept all the way until we reached hotel. See how tired he was.

Bangkok Trip Part 2...Kungfu Panda or Rayhan?

My sister bought a Kungfu Panda cap for Rayhan. See how cute Rayhan was and happily eating his chocolate poky sticks. I like taking Tutu as we can bargain and is unique only in Thailand. Rayhan enjoyed his tutu ride but at the same time fearing that he would fall out of the tutu.

Long weekend getaway...Bangkok here we come...

Over the long weekend (thanks to Vesak day), we had a last min decision to fly to bangkok for a short holiday. We checked-in to Hotel Intercontinental to pamper ourselves. This is the best hotel i've ever stayed so far. But for my husband, he has stayed better hotel from his business trip. Before we (mommy and daddy) could try the bed, Rayhan was the first one to sleep on the bed like a KING!

Daddy's latest hobby - Photography

Rayhan's daddy always wants to improve his photography skill. Finally, he invested in an expensive camera lens. And of course, Rayhan is his ideal model.

Learning baby

Rayhan can count coins from 1 to 4 and he can identify a lot of objects from the chart i bought. He can pronounce most of the object names too. But the only lacking is i didn't spend much time teaching him mandarin.

Feeding himself

Rayhan has a huge drop in appetite for solid food ever since he contracted the FHMD a month ago. Though he has recovered, he doesn't like to eat solid food like he used to. Every week day, we will have dinner at my in law's place and Rayhan will want to eat dinner with us (but most of the time, the food drops outside his bowl and wasted). He's still not good in feeding himself but i guess practice makes perfect. See how cheeky he looks with a small piece of veg stuck on this teeth.
